I am a graduate of Shiatsu College, qualified in Holistic Acupressure and professional Shiatsu practitioner with 10+ years of experience in Zen Shiatsu.
I am also a graduate of the International Macrobiotic school, qualified in Macrobiotic Cook and Health Adviser, with 20 years of experience in macrobiotic cooking and personalised diet plans.
I’m passionate Shiatsu practitioner with a background in Holistic Nutrition and Macrobiotic Consulting. I’ve been trained in Zen Shiatsu technique by completing nearly four years of full professional training, which has greatly influenced my approach to health and wellness.
I, myself have experience what a big difference regular Shiatsu can make to my well-being. My passion is to help others feeling better and more balanced as well as recovering quicker. Based on that I am on volunteering basis at UCHL London College Hospital, looking after NHS staff.
