I graduated from the Zen school of Shiatsu, London in 2011. Well-Mother Maternity Shiatsu postgraduate course in 2012. I also trained in healing NLP in 2011. I see myself as a life long learner and continue my learning journey to satisfy my inquiring mind and mostly to serve my clients better, therefore I am committed to continuing professional development. I am particularly interested in mindfulness, meditation, non-doing touch (Seiki practice), inner qigong, Aikido, Macrobiotics.
My shiatsu style can be described as gentle with a lot of depth, attuned to what is present in the body and the extension of it to the whole being of the person. I have experience working with people from all walks of life and age groups presenting many different symptoms and conditions relating to musculoskeletal, digestive, endocrine, reproductive, nervous systems and mental health. I specialise and particularly interested in working with trauma and stress, conception, pregnancy, birth and chronic conditions.
